Q: How do I place a reorder?
A: If you have ordered from Message!Products before and wish to reorder checks with no changes to your personal or account information, click on the Quick Reorder button at the top of your screen. To make changes to your personal or account information, simply complete the regular online ordering process.
Q: How do I find an organization's products?
A: To find a specific organization, type in the organization's name in the Search bar at the top of the screen. To browse the organizations sold on our site, click the button on the navigation area at the top of your screen that best represents the organization you are looking for. Example: Greenpeace is under "Environmental Organizations," Cure Autism Now is under "Social Organizations," PETA is under "Animal organizations". You will move to a new page that contains all the organizations that fall under that category. Simply scroll down until you find the organization you're looking for and click on the name. You will move to that organization's product page where you can begin to place an order.

A: To maintain quality and integrity with our organization’s current initiatives or logo changes, designs may change or be discontinued. If your organization is no longer listed on our website, we currently do not carry a design for them.
Q: Do I need to have cookies enabled?
A: Yes. Though it is possible to navigate our site without cookies enable, it is necessary to enable them in order to place an order. Remember, enabling cookies is perfectly safe. Information held in cookies remains on your hard drive and is ONLY accessible through the Message!Products website.
Q: How long have you been printing checks?
A: Since 1985.
Q: How do I know the money is being raised for the organization I choose?
A: We have contracts with all the organizations for whom we print checks. We must have the organization's permission to reproduce their copyrighted logos. In exchange for the right to reproduce the logo, the organization receives a royalty. Compensation varies with type of product and the details of each licensing agreement. Check with an individual organization for more information.
Q: Are your checks guaranteed to work with my bank?
A: Our checks are guaranteed to work at all U.S. financial institutions. MessageProducts adheres to the same specifications as printers who produce checks for banks. Our checks meet or exceed all requirements of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

Q: Why was my package delivered by the Unites States Postal Service when I purchased UPS Trackable delivery?
A: Message Products utilizes UPS Surepost. With this service your package is delivered to your destination city by UPS. It is then transferred to your local Post Office carrier for final delivery. Your package is Trackable all the way to your doorstep and can be viewed through UPS.com and USPS.com. For more information on this service visit UPS.com.
